His land is swampy, so he can get away with similar chamber design only if the chambers are above ground water level or made water tight, otherwise ground water will just get in through the chambers and fill up his septic tank, resulting in same problem he's trying to avoid.

You don't need to put a Board inside POP!! There has to be a Frame Structure of 1" × 2" on the Wall that will Screwed securely then at the Top all you need to do is to Use Top Bond and Nail pin to attach the 1" × 2" wood on the POP Surface and give 2 days to Dry well before introducing the HDF Boards. If you need Further Explanation. Contact me will be Easier to explain Via Call than just Typing.

Simply put, it is much more expensive when compared with stamped concrete.
Consider you will spend money on following:

Those tiles cost 7500 per sqm then

And remember is minimal cement…
