Nigeria have to solve the problem of leadership first before talking about energy revolution. yeah, it doesnt consume power, a 1kva inverter can power it conveniently.
i still dont understand why folks refuse to leave it energized at all times or worst case hook it up with a timer switch 9pm to 6am. its principle of operation is similar to the police taser that sends a pulse of 230million volts at low currents for a fraction of a sec...that cant kill anybody, unless some1 with a bad heart condition, maybe.
the electric fence i think is energised at 1000v or so..and very low current pulse wch cant kill

Is the architect responsible for landscaping? If not does it cost much?

How visible is it for me to design it myself?

Is there anything to put into consideration when landscaping?

Asbestos is cancerous, pls don't use it.

He cant buy Asbestos in the market, its not in production. It has been banned long ago. The risk is on those who work with it. The fibers if inhaled could cause lung problems including cancer.

What people call Asbestos now is actually cement fibre board. Same appearance but not the same raw material. It used to be cement+asbestos but now cement+cellulose

Price (affordability) - PVC
Safety - Asbestos (cement fibre board)

Let me add my own
Soundproofing (rain or noise from other rooms) - Asbestos (cement fibre board)
Installation - PVC
Water resistance - PVC (although Asbestos has very good water resistance too)
Insulation - Asbestos (cement fibre board)

Are you using Metrotiles? If yes, they have offices all over the city. Their warehouse is in Durumi 1. Their price however na die.. Their tiles are between 5,200 and 5,900 naira per square metre. Strange enough, Metro gives discount to those contractors and they encourage you to use them. So if you go through the contractors or installers, you get discount on your purchases with them. I was in their office last week.

For others, Idu Industrial Area has tonnes of Aluminium companies that sell Korean and Chinese tiles. The Korean brands abi na generics, I saw are between 2,200 and 3,800 per square metre. You may survey round and decide what you want.
While those Korean brands look good, people who have used them complain they loose their stone coating with time with and their colours fade. In fact I have a fried who told me he would change his Korean roof later when he's more comfortable.

That's the right approach.
