I don't know any institution but I believe there is one in Ikeja. I suggest you go to China Embassy at Victoria Island and make the inquiry. A chinese guy at China embassy told me that I can study the language in Ikeja. I didn't asked him the name/address of the institution. I hope to meet you online soon.
