Please Nairalanders, is there any way one can get funds in the form of grant or loan to do research here in Nigeria?......the research is geared towards finding a better pharmacologic agent that is better than Hydroxyurea for the management of Sickle Cell Disease (hydroxyurea is cytotoxic and only effective in about 50% of cases)....the total funds for the research will cost about 2 million naira and we are looking for a WAY to go about it...thank you |
