They are almost the same thing just that one seems to be in the office and one is strictly on the field,. But i think architecture is still embedded in civil cos if you dont understand the the drawing u cant build it

So if u like field work go for civil but if you like office things then go for architecture.


But for me i would go for civil engineering it gets your hand dirty and allows u know more about architecture than even architects

I've been silently following and I must say it's really enlightening listening to some arguments...
I'm a female and I love architecture... it's a very wonderful course In my opinion... but I Wonder why there aren't more of female architects...
I'd love to be an architect someday

SMH... profession dichotomy everywhere, and that's why we're where we are in this country...unity is the principal thing.I'm not an engineering student, but I believe that everyone is a master of his own piece and besides, I'm not ruling out the place of money, but of course, interest should be the principal factor here.

I'm sorry it has taken this long to reply... it's been a while being on nairaland...

I've been out of secondary school for a while now... i'm actually in my 400l nursing...Buh i have every intention of making architecture a second degree...
