Yes, it works only with MTN to a large extent. Other networks like Zain and Glo are gradually coming up, but not as perfect as MTN.

I think there should be some stations that'll broadcasting through the DVBH technology, although, you'll definitely need to subscribe. But for the MTN DStv, outside Africa, I doubt. For further info, go to www.dstvmobile.com

To my own understanding, Multichoice is currently testing this this DStv Mobile of a thing, though it has been on for close to two years now. I think by the time they might have increased their coverage areas, they may start the monetary subscription which I think would N1500 a month (quite ok by me) and by then, you would have the access of selecting/subscribing to your own channels, programmes or packages, but for now, IT IS TOTALLY FREE (Except for the connection during the subscription, and that's once except you change your SIM card)

I guess, they r still on erm 1year free subscription Promo'

When dem ready, we would noe hw many of us remain !

Yes it works with other lines upto an extent,i have only tested with zain fully but if u exit the mobile tv at nite,and try it in the morning,it says NO LIVE TV AVAILABLE. i am still trying to figure out the problem .but with MTN ITS SUPER
