Ten things of more importance than JP Morgan's 'few' billions.

1. Stopping/recovering the looting of our 'tens' of billions of dollars.

2. Stopping the import of refined petroleum products.

3. Refining our own fuel and exporting excess.

4. Reviving/revamping our steel/minning/manufacturing/service industries.

5. Power Supply.

6. Stopping/reducing imports of silly agric products.

7. Improving on the goodwork of GEJ/Adesina in the agric sector.

8. Bringing looters to justice as a deterrent.

9. Creating new laws/enviroment to entice real sector investors -- not fly-by-night investors like JP mfxcking Morgan.

10. Maintaining a stronger/stable Naira (more or less an end product).

When your Khalifar went to the US to meet with America Inc. chief PR and Marking officer why where you zombies celebrating as both a major economic and diplomatic milestone?

The sooner you realize that the United States presidency represents first and foremost ONLY the interests of corporate America then you are half way to redemption.

The fact remains that this is what we having been warning you dunces about this useless change rubbish.

For Obama to lend you his personal campaign manager and his own "change" slogan should tell you that the US was interested in Regime change purely for their own selfish capitalist expansion.

Why the Russian nation must be destroyed[/size] by Anonymous  01/24/15 (Sat) 17:11:43 954baa No.1020848
1) To maintain prosperity:

Russia is in an alliance (The SCO) with Iran, China and a few other nations. This alliance has the stated mission to destroy the Western hegemony of most of the planet.

The Chinese knowing Russia will act sit back and let Russia take the flak. However what is really happening is a currency war.

http://www.hurriyetdailynews.com/iran-ditches-us-dollar-in-foreign-trade-for-lira-yuan-kwon.aspx?pageID=238&nID=77383&NewsCatID=352
http://itar-tass.com/en/world/773146
http://sputniknews.com/middleeast/20150124/1017299147.html

Iran has ditched the dollar. Switzerland has made a deal for Yuan. What this means is that the US Dollar which underpins western hegemony is under threat.

Russia is taking the flak for these moves by protecting Iran not only with diplomatic but also military means and its allies (such as Assad) from moves by the West to save the dollar. Assad has been financed by Chinese banks. Putin's regime has also attempted to protect Saddam, Qaddafi, Cuba and North Korea from western power. The Nigerian govt is also towing the line of diverting their external reserves in dollars. This is why the US is supporting regime change by any means possible in that country.

This anti-western agenda must be destroyed. If not the western economies may be doomed. If you want your children to have a future you must defend the dollar.

2)Russian subversion against the West:

Russia is funding anti-western parties in the West such as the FN in France and Jobbik in Hungary. These parties want to ally with Russia and Iran against the West.

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/40m-of-russian-cash-will-allow-marine-le-pens-front-national-to-take-advantage-of-rivals-woes-in-upcoming-regional-and-presidential-elections-9888509.html
http://www.dw.de/is-the-kremlin-financing-europes-right-wing-populists/a-18101352

3) Some may think that destroying the Russian nation is too much but it is not.

Throughout history there has never been a time when Russia stood with the rest. The Russian people, a half bred population of Mongols and Slavs are not capable of anything but being anti-western in outlook. Their race is not capable of the thought necessary to align itself with civilisation.

4) Russians are servants of Jewish interests. The Jew wants to destroy the West. Do not fall for the Russian shills who will tell you Russia does not serve the Jew. Only the West is capable of defeating the Jew which is we must not allow the anti-white forces of Russia to win in this struggle for world hegemony.

Nigeria was existing long before we joined JP Morgan in 2012 and Nigeria will continue to exist long after we have exited from JP Morgan.

Can you guys please enumerate what we gained in the two years we were listed in the BI of JP Morgan?

Yeah you are right but world politics has made them the Alpha and Omega that's why a country like China has gently began to withdraw from us institutions like the World Bank,IMF,Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan should not be controlling us if it weren't for the world market politics..

You do not need any index to recognize and change existing archaic, counter-productive laws/policies; i.e. laws limiting generation and transmission of power supply, and e.t.c.

Nor do you need some index to help you recognize and implement direct foreign investment enticing policies in the real sector, remove bottle necks/bureaucracies, and e.t.c.

Nor do you need any index to tell you "every time the CBN captures the dollar earnings of the country and substitutes Naira. The Naira substituted by the CBN is what instigates excess liquidity within the system. It makes it necessary for government to borrow money it doesn’t need.

And when it wants to mop up the money, it does not take it to go and use it. It is taken and locked up, because the idea is that there is too much money and it cannot be taken out and brought back into the system. The money is taken out of the system and locked up, but the government is still prepared to pay up to 15 percent for money it does not need, when the real sector that really needs the money is crying out for it but is debarred from getting it."

The above, and numbers 1-5 in the original post alone, will do more for us as a country and the Naira, than 10 JP Morgans will. ATEOTD, what happens to the all the monies (borrowed and earned)? Imagine the Osun state scenario even after the 'bailout' . . . and not only Osun, when you have thieving b@st.artd$ for leaders, even with all the money in the world, only a few gets to smile.

That is why, even though the past admin sold oil for the highest prices ever, they still managed to deplete the reserves, while borrowing an additional over $22b within the same 5-6 years, with little or nothing to show for it!

It is wrong to have a disparity of more than 3% in your exchange rate. In Nigeria, it going 10%and encouraging round tripping. That is what JP Morgan is complaining of for instance.

For instance, the banks give you Western Union at 195 but when you purchase something with your debit card online, they charge you 225. You do not need JP Morgan to tell you something is wrong!

The foreign exchange restrictions are even affecting manufacturers.

You are spot on but the part that gets to me is the fact that we also need to pull in more forex and when some of these countries outside decide to shun our bonds and treasury bills, don't you think it would affect our inflow of forex? Cos i also think it would help our economy.. And some of these moves that you have stated would have made more sense if implemented...

In a mutual respect and ideal scenario, we need them and a lot more -- while weighing the pros and cons.

As much as we need forex coming in, we need so much to stop 'avoidable forex' going out too, of which the destiny of the latter is more in our hands than the former.

Importation of refined petroleum products, rice, palm oil, turkey, chicken, sugar alone consumes roughly 75-85% of our forex!

Our target should be, reducing those imports to the minimum by increasing the production of those items at home.

No doubt we have an implementation problem.
Some Governors can't even implement a 'simple direction' to pay workers' salary after being bailed out
. undecided

Absolutely spot on!!bro the problem that i see here is that even if we try to ban we make no move to increase production, the last govt tried a bit in agriculture a bit but so far we haven't seen any.. These Governors are the same people that would plot against the C in C if he doesn't dance to their tune irrespective of party affiliation. That is the sorry state that we have found ourselves.. It's a pity. We politicize virtually everything..
