There has to be some ground work. Nigeria has a huge infrastructure deficit and unemployment issues. We need to attract foreign investments...

I believe this is what Mr. President is trying to do. I however hope he is not leaving out the Asians. I think we have more to gain from them.

Agriculture agriculture agriculture. Bring back the Agric boards, enhanced commodity markets and all.
