Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, son of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, is dead. He died on Saturday morning of heart attack. The Court of the Ruler of Dubai has declared three days of mourning in Dubai from Saturday, and flags will be at half-mast at government departments and institutions.
