Did you know Quaker Oats is not just for breakfast?

Quaker Oats for fast pain relief (this was the most fascinating), mix a small amount of oats in water and boil or microwave for about a minute, when it is cool a bit apply on the area with pain (especially for hands/ where you feel arthritis pain)

Listerine (the mouthwash) can be used as a quick disinfectant on blisters and against toenail fungus.

Check out these hacks I found and put together mostly for cleaning out your space. Cleaning does not always have to be pre-planned and doesn't have to be a hectic time.

Can be used for dry skin therapy : pour fair amount of oats in a tub, half filled with warm water and soak the child/adult in there for few minutes. Don't dry the skin completely. Try this for couple more days for effective results.

Can be eaten as swallow: Blend oatmeal to fine powder and prepare like Pondo yam, serve with soup of choice, preferably ogbono/okra. Yumm0!

Yea, the quaker oats can be ground in the market to be smooth like flour and then used to make swallow. Replace your garri, fufu and poundo yam especially for those with diabetic issues or just staying healthy. Its getting popular in the markets here in Nigeria.

There is this 'heart healthy' oats they sell, its just a bit expensive but I think any other one like the good morning oats too will be fine.
