i can't really get what you are saying but let me reply to what i think you are saying.

First of all, the reason God had to talk to Joseph is not to institute the idea that its ok to marry a 14 year old girl, for such was the norm in their culture. David, when he was in his 70s had a thirteen year old concubine/bride.
