The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company has disconnected the Failure of the management of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja to pay its electricity bills for about 3 months has led to it’s disconnection from the power grid by the Abuja Electricity Distribution Company.

The disconnection of grid power supply by the AEDC resulted in some disruptions to flight activities around 7pm on Wednesday, despite the management of the airport putting on its generators.

Reports say that the airport was disconnected because it was indebted to the Disco for about three months, although the specific amount could not be ascertained.
