ummmm, I just tried Buffalo Carp!!! oh blessed heaven!!! that fish is so soft and meaty. taste so tantanlizing and delicious kiss.
the aroma not too fishy strong.

Gator, a BC try will convince you lady.

i will be trying Milk fish soon.

if you looking for catfish and cant find it, try BC. a bit costly but for health lover, not a biggie.

And I like fish soup(kinda like pepper soup) - mom makes em best.
