this notification is really spamming my inbox. pls help.

Good topic! believe me that's why I didn't use my official e-mail address during reg. Across social medial platforms, it is always optional to receive status, notification and promotional offers via mail. Trust me, no one out of them (media platform) will enforce spamming on to your privacy.

To disable some, you can use 'unsubscribe' or 'opt out' button which Is often at the bottom of such mail. Alas! Nairaland is not eqquiped with such feature


Well, for me, I seldomly log in to the registered e-mail. However, I reduce this yeye notification in two ways:

(1) I rarely logging to this site (so many time I don't like commenting because there is always wisdom in listening than speaking)

(2) I mark such message as spam. This will automatically redirect the message to spam box
