The fact that America has so much to lose in a war with either China or Russia does not mean that America is not militarily more sophisticated and powerful than the above two countries. America has the biggest military budget in the world today.

America as number ONE country in the world economically will never want to engage a Russia with weak economy and who does not have much to lose as its economy is largely oil based and oil price is fast crashing.

Russia is likely to suffer further economic crash and hardship if the oil price does not improve in the nearest future.

That's the only poor point they have economy is north in growth else they would be head. Search Russia USA comparison you will find Russia ahead in some places a well. Russian miltry is progressive.
