For taxify, the driver does the registration himself. There's no partner/Driver arrangement like Uber

Thanks

Uber is different from taxify, Taxify deals directly with the driver alone. They don't have any business with the car owner. Collect all the car details from the car owner and give it to taxify to upload it for u. Hope I answered your question

Thanks alot... I'm going to have to give the details to the driver then

Hello guys, I have a question.

Do you think it is a wise idea to take a bank loan to buy a car for Uber business, if i won't be driving the car myself.

I just want to learn from your experiences before i take such a big step.

Thanks.

There is no biggie in taking a loan to purchase a car for Uber, it all depends on the rate, repayment plan like amount per month and the number of years to pay back. Business is all about taking risks. Buy a fuel efficient car and drive yourself. Please don't take any loan more than 1.5m

Thanks for your response. I am thinking on taking less than 1.5, repayment is 3-4 years with monthly deduction of 40-50k. Looking to buy a used Honda Accord. Unfortunately, it is not possible i drive it myself except maybe only weekends. What do you think? Do you think i can make 50k net of expenses driving just weekends as a newbie?

Thanks for your advise. I understand that the risk is in not handling the driving myself. There is also the risk that i buy a bad vehicle.

Thanks for your advise once again.

In-case i was not clear. I meant 50k in a month driving just weekends, that is 8 days per month. The 50k should be after deducting all expenses. Is this too ambitious for a newbie.?

Honda accord not good for uber/taxify...
Corolla or Peugeot 407. I drive Peugeot 407 its cheaper to maintain than a corolla. Fuel economy is almost the same. Email me for more advise

If the weekend includes Friday nights, then I think 50k is achievable. It all depends on how smart you can work. Please don't buy used Honda Accord, they most times come with chronic issues that would continue to torment you and their fuel efficiency is not superb. You can get a used 03/04 Corolla. It will do the job
