Because of the size, can one do a three bedroom duplex, one room , parlor , kitchen and store downstairs while two rooms are upstairs. Is it also possible for the parlor to be open, to the roof, hike the decking carries the other two rooms? What do you think. Not forgetting space for at least two cars
