I subscribed for 500naira for 500mb I didnt do anything than signed up for instagram before I could realize my phone could not open a page.when I checked the data balance is 0mb am seeing.I don't know if am dreaming. *567*3*3# is the code i used to checked it please let me know if there is any other code that can be used to check it lalasticala puskin honsule 2 Likes |

So true, God go punish mtn i swear, i subbed for the 500mb two days ago and i haven't even used up more than 20mb and it stopped connecting last night, only for me to check my balance, and lo and behold, it was 0mb, i called their customer care line to complain and the useless agent was telling me that i have exhausted it. To give them benefit of doubt i subscribed again this morning to another 500mb for #500 plan and before i opened two pages on nairaland it stoppedconnecting again, only for me to check my data balance again and it was 0mb again, and all my airtime exhausted, i called their customer care agent back again and they told me that the records were yet to show up in their system, and i should call back in 24hrs time. Bloody thieves |

same with me oo. i subscribed the 500mb and before day break, it has finish. mtn is charging x2 for every one mb used. dats wat my frnd dat work there told me. mtn hid that charging rate from us. i wll neva ever fall for these their scam again |

Same problem am facing here from these thieves. I called them all night and they came up with no reasonable explanation, well we live in a country where people do things without been held accountable. It's really frustrating having to swallow the rubbish from this service providers. No be their fault sha. Me I must get a reasonable answer from them before I would stop calling them. |

Mtn is a shameless network , I did the same thing yesterday and it did not last for two hours before they zapped everything. I am definitly porting to etisalat,,, Mtn is nigeria Has now stooped so low to defraud it custumers because they know they have the largest customer base. I am done with this network. 1 Like |

Wow! I thought twas just me: I sub for 1Gb +1500mins @N1500 on the 19th of Sept. 245mb remained as at yesterday morning before switching off data. I switched on data by evening, checked my balance... I saw an embarrassing 0mb! I called the CC & the lady was just blabbing... Damn! |
