Candidate applying for this position must have the following:-
1,At least be 32 years of age at time of entry.
2.Must be a graduate from a reputable university.
3.Applicant must worth at least 1million U.S dollars or its equivilant in his acct.
4.Must have toured at least 5 great countries.
5.Must be have good character.
6.Must have a "big egg-plant"(very very important).
7.Must be Influential.
