Senate President Bukola Saraki put himself into this unnecessary trouble. He should not have stolen the senate presidency by illegality. That will not augur for peace in our politics and the country as a whole. As those fighting him now feel cheated! Come to think of it Saraki while governor of Kwara state for 8 years was neckdeep in corruption milking into more poverty, the poor and miserable people of Kwara state this is after long years of oppression by his father, Olusola Saraki. The wife as first lady of Kwara state allegedly carried out international money laundry for her husband Bukola Saraki. If Almighty God wants to catch you, he catch you with little things; Bukola Saraki failed to declare his assets truthfully. 1 Like |

adeaks: Who is so afraid of Saraki as SP that they would drag the country's judiciary headlong into shameful illegalities? The bench warrants issued by CCT were illegal, the CCT and the police know this. The Court of Appeal that locked it's doors to justice, and supposedly sent an alleged indefinite adjournment is itself committing an ilegality too. Even the process by which the CCB dragged Saraki to CCT is again an illegality, procedurally. The frightened cabal must have realised in their enclave that the Court of Appeal decision cannot rightly further their evil cause, and brutishly locked the doors of justice. Interesting to see whether Mr anti corruption Buhari will let the enclave of Tinubu, El Rufai and Amaechi destroy his government. Every failed government can be traced, eventually, to one monumental misstep. This is GMB's. Siddon dey look. 1 Like |

wink2015:Your stupidity knows no bounds!!!How did Saraki steal the Senate presidency illegally? Was he the one who sent the fools to the ICC at the same time the Senate was supposed to be inaugurated? Saraki is going to remain Senate President till 2019 and there is nothing anyone is going to do about it 1 Like |

adeaks: I don't think his above the law both in theory and practically. His lawyer had pleaded that the warrant shouldn't be exercised as he promised to produce the accused in the court physically and not that the warrant wasn't effective. National issue can't be as pressing as clearing his name from stains so I hope his properly advised. I don't give regards to fellows that call CCT dogs but let me ask you in your opinion why you said or perceived so. 1 Like |

Monumental mis-steps of undemocratic impunities committed by the Tinubu - El Rufai - Amaechi enclave of evil. Mis-step 1: The attempt to truncate democracy in broad daylight on June 9, by dragging senators to International Convention Centre. Mis-step 2: El Rufai's imposition of the AfriProjects team into Buhari's ministerial team - evil history being revived. Mis-step 3: Locking the doors of justice, brazenly co-opting the judiciary to bend to illegalities. Buhari should know better. |

Constitutionally, in the absence of SP, DSP can preside irrespective of party affiliation. Criminal case involving FG is a serious matter |

NgeneUkwenu: My take here is that Ekweremadu will handle it maturely and calmly to everyones surprise by screening the candidates without any form of hatred, secondly he isn't close to being in APC FACT! Naija politicians donot have a good history in political affiliations though. |
