Who is so afraid of Saraki as SP that they would drag the country's judiciary headlong into shameful illegalities? The bench warrants issued by CCT were illegal, the CCT and the police know this. The Court of Appeal that locked it's doors to justice, and supposedly sent an alleged indefinite adjournment is itself committing an ilegality too. Even the process by which the CCB dragged Saraki to CCT is again an illegality, procedurally. The frightened cabal must have realised in their enclave that the Court of Appeal decision cannot rightly further their evil cause, and brutishly locked the doors of justice. I don't think his above the law both in theory and practically. His lawyer had pleaded that the warrant shouldn't be exercised as he promised to produce the accused in the court physically and not that the warrant wasn't effective.
National issue can't be as pressing as clearing his name from stains so I hope his properly advised.
