GTB isnt issuing cards right now. I hear they want to change the look of their ATM. So just report at any branch,they'll cancel the lost atm,deduct 1k from your account and you wont have to pay commision for withdrawing less than 40k at the counter.
Plus you'll have to wait for a long while to get a new atm

GtBank has emergency numbers which one can call immediately there is a problem with your account. The Gtconnect number should have been the first thing you ought to do as it enable the bank to act before the criminals do.

Then you can walk into their Branch and lodge formal complaint. The way things are is that, criminals are faster than cars now. Make use of your phones as fast as you get into problem. Then calmly follow the other procedures.
