It depends on how u can manage your zi or li as the case may be and how far the school is from your serving state.you have to consider these.

This is very much possible. However, it all depends on the school from which you are going to run the M.Sc program. Some strictly need your NYSC discharge or exemption letter before you could be offered any admission while others schools don't just care about this fvckin NYSC discharge letter.

For example, here in the North, UDUS (Sokoto State) strictly needs this NYSC discharge letter as part of the M.Sc requirements while BUK (Kano State) doesn't care about that, so I moved to Kano and started my M.Sc in MIT while still serving my NYSC all in that state.
