Look, it's all fun and sensual fetish till you become a rape statistic on the frontpage of nairaland. The law basically views intoxicated people as being not mentally sound and thus can not enter a legally binding agreement most especially when you the other party knew of this intoxication. The implication of this is that consent by a drunk is null and void. There are brothers that have been convicted and executed over rape cases they have maintained their innocence over. Brothers out there have spent decades in prison only to be declared innocent by DNA. Read up on brothers who have been on death row only to be saved by the bell of forensic evidence. Who knows what really happened in Tyson's case? How do you quantify consensual sex with a drunk?
