Hello intellectual Nigerians, before I ran into the hand of PHCN, kindly advise me if I have to pay bills while my metre is under processing. I have applied for electric metre in October, since the PHCN have been demanding me to pay N2000 Monthly contrary to government instruction that no metre, no pay. Should I pay. |

In fact it is our church that applied for the metre. They now ask us to be paying 2k pending the time our metre will be ready. This is a church where we use engine and other musical instrumental on Sundays only. |
