If this is true, I must state at this point that Nigerian leaders need urgent lessons on the subject of priority setting.

These. People should for God's sake be humane for once.
These are what these guys ought to be protesting against not asking for Biafra. Again the issue of priorities pops up.

Hmmm thanks to Baba Buhari! Sure the man shows every Nigerians to raise their Voice against financial recklessness and impunity .... Ihedioha crying foul here could've done same if not more. If he returns elect and his party is still at the center of power in the country.

500m will buy approx 10,000 bags of rice,why not use 100 m for the sham decoration ( dats if it's actually needed) and buy 10,000 bags of rice and giv d poor people or in d worst case set up an emergency food spots and use d 500 m to feed people for this period and wait Wat happened to the decorations from last year?
