There are indications that more schools would be ready for commissioning soon, across the state of Osun, with Governor Rauf Aregbedola embarking on a new round of inspection of construction in the schools which are at various levels of completion.

Governor Aregbedola was captured at the Ataoja school of Science High School, Osogbo yesterday (Monday). He also inspected construction at Ede Model High School, Ede.

The two schools, under construction are part of the 11 high schools which have been completed and are receiving finishing touches. Aregbesola plans to construct a total of 20 high schools of 3000 pupils capacity in the state.

As part of his intervention on education in the stste, 100 brand new state-of-the-art elementary schools are to be constructed. Others are 50 Middle Schools and 20 High Schools.

Out of these, 14 Elementary Schools, 15 Middle Schools and 11 High Schools, including the Wole Soyinka Government High School, Ejigbo, which was opened last week's Monday have been commissioned and occupied by pupils and their teachers.
