2015 Shiloh was declared open yesterday by the founder and presiding bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide(Winners' Chapel), Dr. David Oyedepo. His wife, Pastor Faith Oyedepo and their first son Pastor David Oyedepo, Jr. (Resident Pastor of Winners Chapel London. ) were also present at the opening ceremony.
