Whoever visits this forum on regular basis and goes through most of the posts in this forum will definitely agree with me that most of the bashing you witnessed in this forum is always between the Igbos and the Yorubas.The two tribes always attack,criticize,talk against,etc each other and this no doubts promotes tribalism and hatred between the two tribes.Why is it only these two tribes?,i begin to wonder if they are the only tribes that make up Nigeria.Where are the Hausa's,the Ijaw's,Fulani's,Efiks etc,are they member of this forum at all.Why Yorubas and Igbos all the time.Please lets put this a stop for i dont think it can in anyway help any of the two tribes and Nigeria in general.

Mainly due to political affiliation and ethnic defence, and also due to clashes in history between the two groups.

Hausas/Fulanis don't talk much not to talk of abuse. They just take action. Abuse an aboki and the next second you may be rushed to hospital with your intestines in a Ghana must go bag. Yorubas and Ibos are old friends who refuse to accept that they have a destiny together.

IMO, it has to do with lack of proper home training, people of South-south and also the North seldom indulges in such drivels.
However, they both seemed to be enjoying it, the tribal yabbings and the Yorubas are always assumed to be the weaker opponent whenever it happens.

I just don't even knw wat to say sef. But TBS diz naija no fit settle. Thre is so much hatred. We dnt love each oda to marrow. Majority of us ar tribalistic. Until we see one anoda as brother nd sister, we will cont to av issues. The bashing isn't limited to nairaland or online alone. May God help us.

Most likely the people abusing each other in here, have the most spare time than others. It's not about having access to Internet. Go to Facebook or Twitter and you will see many members of various ethnicities discussing about their interests.

But keyboard warriors are prevalent in this board I think. So much pent up anger.

This is a great fallacy that took deep roots during the prolong Military rule when Northernere had unfair advantages,even at that most of the Military rulers like Gowon,IBB,Abacha and Abdulsalami are NOT fulanis but Northern Minorities.
If we continue this constitutional Democracy,NO TRIBE/ETHNIC GROUP can rule consecutively for a very long time because YOU WILL NEED A QUATER OF THE VOTES CAST IN TWO-THIRD OF THE STATES IN NIGERIA to win Presidential elections.
