BIBLE VERSE FOR THE DAY
"Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." (Ephesians 6:10-11 NKJV).

Every man who has given his life to the Lord has drawn a battle line with the devil. Therefore, you are not expected to live without the armor of God. Spiritual battle is the bedrock of all physical battles of life. What happened to Job began right in the presence of God before the physical manifestation.

The devil will not stop you from having fellowship with the people of God, speaking spiritual language and engaging in various activities; his ultimate interest is that you should have a teeth that cannot bite in the spiritual realm. He makes the armor of God to look awkward and irrelevant to men.

To be victorious in all battles of life you must put on the WHOLE armour of God as highlighted below:

- Helmet of Salvation: All other spiritual weapons depend on this weapon. It is the most important weapon which registers your presence in the spiritual realm. It shows your identity.
- Sword of the spirit: This is the weapon that makes you offensive. The weapon with which everything on earth was created; the only weapon with a creative power.

Others weapons includes shield of faith, belt of Truth, breastplate of Righteousness, shoes with the preparation of Gospel of peace and Prayer. These will also be discussed next time.

Don't allow the enemy to make you to lose your helmet and sword no matter what he will give you in exchange.
