The buzz created by Samsung Galaxy S6 is no more; speculations have already hit the web-space suggesting what we can expect from Samsung’s next flagship.

Some guys are already claiming that the so-called Galaxy S7 would be released earlier than expected. They based their reason on the poor sales of the Samsung Galaxy S6.

Sales of Samsung Galaxy S6 didn’t meet company’s forecast. Samsung is said to be struggling with Apple in the U.S and Xiaomi in China. It reported its seventh consecutive quarterly loss in July 2015.

Samsung Galaxy S4 and S5 reportedly hit the 10 million sales mark faster than the Galaxy S6. Although, the S6 didn’t meet company’s expectations, it is said that the S6 Edge variant has been selling like hot-cakes and it was initially difficult for Samsung to keep up with demand.

Release Date

Samsung will most likely follow its launch sequence of the Galaxy range of smartphones. Samsung will bring the so-called Galaxy S7 to the 2016 Mobile Word Congress in February. An official release date will follow during or after the event.

A source from Korea doesn’t agree with us, they claim the Galaxy S7 will launch in January 2016. Another rumor suggests a December release date. We are in December already and this doesn’t seem likely.

Evleaks, our popular leaster believes the Samsung Galaxy S7 will launch in the first quarter of 2016, he claims AT&T are already testing both variant of the mobile device, SM-G930A and -G935A.

Price

Samsung is said to be seriously considering making the Galaxy S7 cheaper than the Galaxy S6 as it continues to get wimped by Apple and Xiaomi.

We will let this one slip for now, and update it when we have something really concrete to support such. But we expect the Galaxy S7 to slide into a price range of $800-$900.
