Friday December 11, 2015 at around 4.15pm, an 18 seater commercial bus lost one of its front tyre and consequently swerved and somersaulted severally into the bush leaving one occupant (conductor) dead on the spot, while others were severally injured including an infant.

We the concerned citizen placed calls to the POLICE, FRSC, TRACE, OGSAMBUS, while help is on the way, the casualties were been assisted to stay calm.

Thanks to the prompt response of the Police and the FRSC. An ambulance, Police patrol Van and a concerned citizen car was used to rush them to Ifo General Hospital.

Special Concern: Except the man (conductor) that died at the spot, all other occupants are still alive while leaving the spot. We hope they made it to the hospital alive and receive special and prompt attention. ESPECIALLY the baby
