And my friend, what exactly can you point out today that you can call good governance by the 16 year PDP rule?. SURE-P was a big scam, they had the best of oil price no savings, nothing to show and then they had a whole 16 years to prove themselves but no you join them to criticize what.... an eight month old government and you think it makes any sense.....think again.
