after downloading n install, launch the Lucky Patcher and a list of all your installed apps and games would be shown.

tap on the preferred game/app you wish to mod and options of mod/patch types would appear, select the option you wish. there are options like 'Remove License Verification', 'Remove Google advertisement', 'support patch for InApp and LVL emulation' and some others too.

now let's say you select 'support patch for InApp....'(this is for apps/games with in-app purchase which you wish to remove(actually emulate))
after selecting it, another pop up comes up some boxes ticked and some unticked just tap on 'Apply' at the bottom.
