How To Eat Fruits by Nobody: 6:46pm On Dec 20, 2015
Fruits are generally known for their nutritional value. The question is, do we just really need to take fruits just because fruits are needed in the body? Do we really know how to eat this fruits? A recent study showed that 80 percent of fruits consumed on daily basis in the world are not eaten in the right manner. This is why people complain of bloating, A running stomach, Diarrhoea immediately after eating. Eating fruits the wrong way can actually do more harm than good to you if eaten in the wrong way. People take slices of bread and top it up with fruits thinking they have taken the best combinations ever, They have actually done more harm than good to their bodies. Fruits and food particles form a very bad combination in your stomach. The fruit tends to work with the food particles thereby causing decay in the stomach. This is what cause the immediate effects that show up in your body. Some actually think the fruits did some kind of flushing, Its wrong. Please cancel all of such ideas. Fruits are best taken early in the morning on an empty stomach so that the fruits won't have any food particles to react and decay with thereby causing a positive result. Don't get me wrong! If your doctor says you should take fruits immediately after eating, Probably he has got his reasons but for best results, take it on an empty stomach. STAY HEALTHY.
