I was making a call & my airtime got exhausted, then I tried to borrow only to get a response that I have outstanding balance of 10,000naira to pay. I called the customer care & they said they will look into the issue. 1 Like |

It doesn't mean anything, it's just a bug in their program. I've seen that on all my lines yet I can borrow whenever my call units get low. You must've already borrowed credit beforehand, exhausted it then tried borrowing immediately after without topping up. 1 Like |
