With the incoming policy of our Nigerian bank cards not able to be used for dollar purchases, what is the future of online trading in Nigeria?

How can we buy and sell stuff from other countries either online or in person?
Are there other cards we can use?
Can our domiciliary accounts in Nigeria have cards we can use if the accounts are funded?
What alternatives do we have?
