Looking at the link, http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/newsarticles/pbs-new-forms-for-students it states that the 28days old account status has been suspended. I'm planning to submit my application any time soon and these changes will really favour those of us that can't leave such huge amount of money in an account for such a long period of time.
