I can tell you categorically that it's the effect of one of the drug she took of recent, the drug is too strong for her health. Kindly do a background check of all drugs she has being using of recent. You have to find out the drug and discontinue it's usage fast else problem becomes permanent trust me

I don't think it the issue of drugs.... seriously.. this is all concern with weight, maybe around the neck, blockage of nasal path, .......

I am really disappointed at some of the comments here. One calling another man's wife a pig and another asking him to give her poison. Very childish and immature comment to say the least. @Op she should shed some weight. Snoring is related to being overweight.

Looks like your spouse has developed sleep apnea. It can be cured by operating on the nasal pathway and or relieved by using a machine which you hook up to you face every night. It pumps oxygen into your nose. I for get the name.

(1) more exercise (not b4 going to bed).
(2) tell her abt it jokingly , ( she will ve it mind n tried to control it)
(3) tell her to drink more water especially b4 going to bed.
(4) love her d more.
(5) try to assist her in doing some work.
(6) pray abt it.
(7) don't fight with her because of it.

For better for worst is no excuse to make urself intolerable to ur spouse. Life present uncontrollable circumstances to us like accidents that makes one be on wheelchair forever or stroke that makes one bedridden...about this, one have to keep to dat marital vow wch I knw u don't pray for. But snorring is what one shd work on about him/her self. So if u get uncontrollably fat, u expect ur hubby to just accept ur fat like that when u can actually work on urself. So because of for beta for worse the hubby should be kept awake all nite by a snoring wife and rendered useless the next day unable to focus on his work the next day and lose a good income by making avoidable errors on the job due to bad sleep?

OP make sure your wife sleeps face down lying on her belly as this will surely reduce her snoring. Also fat people have greater tendency of snoring in their sleep.

snoring is a result of fat accumulation around d nasal area. So get her to eat less. Remove oily foods from her menu, as well reduce cabonhydrates in her diets. Eliminate all forms of sucrose from her diets. Reduce each meal but increase frequency from 3 to 5 or 6. Each meal should be less than a fist full
