Buhari MUST beg judges behind and beforehand to deliver judgment in his favour rather than subject himself to their judgment and then go ahead and disobey it.
That's a sure recipe for anarchy!
We must resist autocracy.

Nonsense.
He has no business with any judge. Let them do their job and President do his job. The era of an incompetent weak leader is over.

Then why did he have to waste precious time and resources charging the accused to court if he knew he wouldnt obey the judgment if it didnt favour him?
Why didnt he just sentence them as he deemed fit from the comfort of his office?

Ignoramus, which court order or judgement did he disobey? Be specific and stop being vague.
Before u further rant, note that no law in the land forbids law enforcers from re arresting criminals on a crime committed even after such has been granted bail on another different offence.

'Wise man', make up your mind.
Is PMB disobeying court orders or not?
Thankfully, PMB himself admitted during the media that he is afraid of the accused persons jumping bail which is why he has refused to obey the court orders

It's possible to keep you/anyone in detention indefinitely based by pressing one fresh charge after the other.

What goes around comes around!

Obviously, given the strict code of conduct judges must adhere to, no judge will ever make such a comment!!

But permit me to disappoint some people in advance, who are ignorantly cheering on Buhari's actions; it will only give the accused persons - in this case Dasuki, Kanu and Dokpesi - the upper hand when there cases are eventually heard in full!!

Their legal counsel can easily cite the actions of the DSS and EFCC as proof of the ability of these agencies to bully/harass "presumed" innocent civilians.

I have reviewed/listened to different comments from various legal professionals and not one person has called granting bail to either of these accused persons illegal, unethical or unconstitutional!! Most people who oppose the bail do it based on a "perceived" high moral ground instead of a legal ground!!

Unfortunately for such persons, the judiciary does not respect how you feel nor what you think; it only gives preference to the constitution and in this case, it is obviously allowed!

Only a foolish prosecutor, will allow his client to disobey/ignore a court order and expect to easily convince such a judge that the "prosecuted" fellows are guilty; you will only end up forcing the judge to take a pseudo-denfensive stance to ensure that his/her orders are not taken lightly and that the accused isn't in anyway intimidated by the counsel of the prosecutor!!

If Buhari/DSS/EFCC are fully convinced that the accused persons are guilty and the weight of evidence is sufficient enough to secure a conviction; what is wrong in creating a "bird cage" using security operatives??

Release Dasuki to go see his doctor and then liase with interpol to ensure he doesn't escape outside the immediate state where his doctor can be found; why not let kanu go and then have him placed under security watch, alert airport Passport control, border patrols, MR XYZ is not allowed to move!! If kanu jumps bail to the UK, take advantage of diplomatic relations with the UK, send his Nigerian documentation and have him extradited!!

When you do things like this, following rule of law, most international allies will give you their cooperation. But when you start abrogating to yourself the role of Judge and accuser, you make a fool of yourself before international allies who will insist that the rule of law must stand!!!

Unknown to Buhari, he can be charged for unlawful detention once he steps down.

Courts are only meant for the poor. James ibori's case is a typical example.

Buhari, don't listen to the useless judges. Give them 2 bags of rice and 3 tubers of yam and you will become innocent
God bless you. Imagine a judge granting Odili "PERPETUAL IMMUNITY"Tell me ONE Governor that has been jailed since PDP began in the face of multi indictments??ALL of them are still walking free. Justice cannot be business as usual. The looters have devised ways to play around with democracy by using legal maradonna. Some cases have been pending for more than 10 years now.

My good friend; the truth is that Buhari didn't flout the court order! Buhari isn't even party to the case; it was the DSS that flouted the court order in the case of Kanu and EFCC that flouted the order in the case of Dasuki!!

Lawyers have a knack for making technical arguements; Buhari may have interferred in the background, but proving it in court - which demands evidence must be provided for every statement made - will be a tall order!!

Nevertheless, if Buhari continue to interfer, both the DSS and EFCC will end up losing their cases and nobody but Buhari will be blamed for it!!

Judges are not fools; and fools are not made Judges! The fact that they bear duties that demand a secluded/private lifestyle doesn't mean they are dumb!

They are not the kind of people Government should offend, because a good number of them have attained depth in law; the "Books of Law" are their bibles and when provoked; they suffer fools............gladly!!

At least the late Alamieyeseigha went to prison; Bode george chop prison life!!

The Former IG of police went to prison!!

Even the so called EFCC is an invention of the PDP government!!

Mr anti-corruption hia, oya name one APC member that has gone to prison or is being prosecuted in court - note I didn't say governor, because I want to presume that all the APC governors are not corrupt; at least that is what you are silently implying - that why I am asking for ordinary members!!

You should be ashamed of yourself for this stupid comment.Where were you when A federal high court Acquitted James ibori for a 170 count charges which later got him imprisoned in a foreign court?Should I backed it up with another one to suit your justifications? Yusuf(The man that colluded in looting police pension scam) was asked to pay 750000 for looting 2.1 billion. My question to you is,if this particular scenario happen in a foreign country, UK to be precise, what would have happened?

I expect the Jurist/Judges to do more. They should sub Buhari and dismiss all cases of corruption levied against those he refused to grant bail. Let us see what he will do next.

this is the worst regime I v seen with regards to non-independence of the judiciary. remember during Obasonjo's era, I took fought him with the judiciary and succeeded despite the fact baba president. even in almighty Abacha's regime, Gani was freed. Buhari is a disgrace to our judiciary. let's see what 2019 has for us, we shall see. we will vote for another Northerner n not this vendetta man. I regret ever supporting him, my vote was misplaced.

Stop being mischievous and incoherent!
If Buhari didnt disobey any court order, he'd have said so. But he didnt deny disobeying the orders rather he tried to defend and justify it during the media chat.
Asking me again for the court orders Buhari disobeyed is as senseless as it gets.
Why werent you invited to the media chat in place of Ibanga?

It's actually u that has chosen the path of foolishness and deliberately blocked all path to heal u. How Buhari chooses to answer is up to him. It won't change the facts on ground.
Buhari never confirmed or denied that he was disobeying court orders. He only made reference to two criminals in his custody and gave reasons why he will like to continue to keep them.
The mere fact that u and ur cohorts still keep reffering to court orders but when asked what court order u are unable to give any suggest how eediotic u lot can easily be. Again, Mr court order, stop this Ibanga said this or that. Grow balls and tell me the court orders in question if any if indeed u are the true son of ur father.

A NL posted the below. Hope it will heal ur foolishness. The era of a weak and hopeless leader as epitomised by jonah-daft is gone. Deal with it

Then came this innovative prosecution method currently applied by federal government of Nigeria.

The new method of prosecution being applied by the federal government is explained as follows: If you steal yam, meat, egg, rice and the government is aware, they will arrest you for stealing only yam, sue you to court. In a month or two you procure bail for stealing yam. You get arrested and get sued for stealing meat. Maybe in another two months you get a bail, then you get arrested for stealing egg and the process continues. As this goes on, your resources goes down, the people willing to sign surety for you decrease since you may have to use different persons as surety in each case of bail. Also the fact that you are on bail only means you can come to court from your house it does not acquit or discharge you from the case. Thus you will be going to two or more courts at the same time. This will further weaken your resolve to continue to fight because of the huge resources and energy you will need to drag on the case. In doing this the government has fully complied with rule of law. This is what have been applied in the case of Dasuki and other cases. Buhari has not disobeyed any court order. Everything Buhari has done is legal.
