MY GIRL CALLED ME ON PHONE AND TOLD ME SHE GOT A GIFT FOR ME - A RING. I WAS SPEECHLESS FOR LIKE 15 SECS-COS I DIDNT KNOW EXACTLY WHY SHE WOULD WANT TO BUY A RING FOR ME.I DONT WANT TO MAKE HER FEEL BAD BUT WHAT DO I NEED D RING FOR? THE TRUTH IS THAT I AM NOT THINKING OF MARRIAGE NOW UNTIL AFTER MY MASTERS IN AUSTRALIA . I LOVE HER BUT I DONT THINK IT IS WISE FOR ME TO PROMISE HER MARRIAGE SINCE I HAVE SOME THINGS TO ACCOMPLISH B4 I GET MARRIED. I DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO WAIT FOR ME ? She hasn't mentioned the ring is for marriage proposal,so you need to ask her the purpose of the ring before you get ahead of urself. Speak to her and clarify what the ring is for. It may just be a gift, or a friendship ring, or just a piece of jewellery she thought you may like. Also, where r u? U mentioned Australia. Is ur girl there with u, or is she in Naija? If she is in Naija, i would urge u to be very careful about accepting the ring, regardless of the reason she bought it. Some Naija girls are well known to go to great lengths to snag the man they want. |
