Pls, can anyone help me with some (technical) answers to these;
Firstly, y cant I access this site www.jobonli.net using starcomms connection? I can when im in a cyber café. Do some isp’s, eg starcomms, block some sites? Why?
Secondly, y is it that with some isp’s, u can open/check 2 or more yahoo mails, simultaneously, on the same computer , but cant with some other isp’s? it works in some cafes but doesn’t in some other cafes.
