These are the lies they have spun over the years to hoodwink others into some kind of sympathy thereby justifying the quest to divert more resources from tge South to the North. Which poverty? It is not any better in the creeks or riverine areas whether in the SS, SE or SW.

All this noise is so that no one will question the unfair advantage they're given especially in education and tomorrow they will occupy sensitive and highly remunerated offices and positions to the disadvantage of others because merit is long sacrificed to accommodate some.

That is why it is best to have fully autonomous federating units under one name with clearly identified rules of engagement for relating with others.
