Bet why? According to Aishat Alubankudi, the photo was taken yesterday & the family has received over N500,000 so far. She wrote;

"I'm really disappointed, after all the financial support that this girl and her family received in the last two weeks plus a new wheelchair from good Samaritans, they are still on the street begging! This is why citizens do not give a damn about beggars! You will be shocked if I tell you the amount that they received!" she wrote.

You see, by the time she is seen begging on a brand new, very shiny wheel chair with a comfortably padded seat, her earnings might reduce because people could passive her as a "rich" begger

Better to exude the air of wretchedness and hopelessness. This is what brings "customers" her way, and swell her earnings.
That wheel chair dey spoil market!

Even if that's the case with about 500k they can buy her th right wheelchair. In fact with such money she should not still be a beggar, they can use that to set up a petty business where she and her brother can sit in the kiosk and sell some things. Clearly her family . Exploiting her, they probably prefer using her for sympathy factor rather than giving her good quality of life. As the poster said this is why many Nigerians don't help, most of those beggars are begging by choice. If you offer them jobs many of them will refuse.
