Pls gurus in the house I need your help to save my phone from crashing from the viruses
1. Alarm controller
2. Adobe air
These two strong viruses have found it as a duty to install different apps on my phone automatically without permission and I have made numerous effort to get rid of it but all is abortive. I have restore factory settings twice it came back as pre installed app, I downloaded avast anti virus it sees it as virus and cant remove it as its pre installed app, I rooted the phone by king root and deleted the app but after about 5 minutes its back again. Download a root app un-installer, and try to un-install the apps. But if that don't work, you may have to wipe your phone. Be-careful the kind apps you download, especially from pop-ups, they are mostly malware.

1. Use 360 security to delete it.
2. Use an app called antivirus to delete.
If these two no work, na to flash am remain.

Tnx have tried all above mentioned but still coming back, even 360 security happens to be a product of the apps been installed automatically

Am sorry to tell you that your phone is gone. You dont download your applications from Playstore. Or you like collecting applications from people. My friend you have to stop rooting ur phones and if you didn't root your phone you have stop installing all these cracked applications because most of them root ur phones and save themselves as system applications and they cannot be uninstalled. Because I am giftedben and not ben10 I will give you a hint on how to go about it. Check the version of Android Operating system ur infinix is using. Now unroot Ur phone. Goto infinix website and follow step by step on how to flash ur infinix note. please note I did not say update ur phone. I said flash ur phone with the stock Android Operating system. if any help you can always halla me.

Am not a guru but this is my opinion

Root the phone so you can be able to uninstall system apps
Download "root uninstall" the app from play store and remove all that shit!

but hold on a minute Alarm controller and adobe air may not necessarily be d course of your problem! Check well

Anywaiz you can root ur fone to get superuser access..

Just search for frama root & guidelines on how to use it online... So easy

Then get Titanium Backup to freeze those useless system apps...QED

Thanx all I have save my phone from crashing with the help of an App recommended by a friend STUBBORN TROJAN KILLER. From playstore I can vouch for the App as no matter how strong the virus is its gonna kill it so I recommend it to anybody that may encounter the same or similar problem(s) thanks all for your contribution
