I actually hated push ups growing up but my coach in my grassroot team den will always use it as punishment nd overtime I got used to it.
Thank you very much. I'll try this. 20 is still my highest though

PS don't do lizard push up o. Go down slowly and rise up slowly too. It's more effective

Hope you've fixed that umbilical hernia? it's one of the easiest surgeries to perform, try and do it cos army hardly compromise when it gets to that and anything related with blood, they may overlook eye sight and flat foot.
Having that protruding navel is dangerous because of the type of belt used in the military and also training, your intestine might find its way into the navel during rigorous exercises and that may lead to death or other complications.
I did the surgery 5 days I left kadunna.

To get the best result, blend it in a blender add water when blending then filter the chaff.

For those that want weight loss, wash the leaves, squeeze one bitter lemon, add a teaspoon of honey, add water proportionate to the leaf in the blender, then blend it till the leaves disappears, it should be taken on empty stomach for best results. You will loose atleast 5kg without exercise in a week.

Cheeeee, real honey is expensive oh....

I have boiled my own already yesterday......and would boil it again for the second time....... Hopefully I would convert the boiled leave to vegetable soup with lots of fish in it and accompany it with wheat swallow.

I have been following this thread and I noticed we have very meaningful would-be officers here. Your prompt answers to questions is encouraging, I love that. Keep it up guys.
I would like to ask, as a DSSC commissioned officer and later converted to DRC, can such officer attain the rank of Major-Gen if age permit ?
And how long does it takes for such officer conversation to be due for conversion?
If he failed to be converted due to factors beyond his control, what's the implication?. Plz, respond!

1. Yes as a dssc officer if u are commissioned at age 25 or bellow u have 95 % possibility of reaching the rank of Major General @ 30- 32 years of service ( e.g former Dg NYSC) Maj Gen SZ Kazaure
2. After three years of service u are qualified to convert to DRC
3. He or She get retired after 15 years of service at rank Lt Colonel

to me kazaure being the first nysc DG to be a maj-gen is political

Depends on the kind of surgery, mine was done cosmetically that you'll not know I did any surgery cos the cadgot used is the absorbable one and the time you did the surgery. One of my room mates did appendicitis and the scar was so large but he was taken because it's been years he did it.
