Bro, once someone has tested positive for Hepatitis B, no amount of moringa in the world will change that. The best he can do is treat himself, which even after treatment and cure the test (which is simple serology that army does) will remain positive for life. He may however do further viral count tests to be sure he has been cured, but remember that army will not waste time doing that test. As it is, if he's sure the test was positive, he can sure that he'll not pass medical.
Morning Sir I'm thinking of taking BP suppressant please do u have any idea if it can be traced in my urine?... thanks

Depends on what exactly you take. Confer with your doctor. But seriously if you have BP issue just think very well before you join up. Don't throw your life away.

Good morning Gentlemen officers

I have a little navel protrusion(umbilical hernia) although, it has never disturbed me in any way. I never knew it was a challenge not until now
I was advised to go for surgery but I felt it's a bit late considering the time left.

My question
1) Should I still go for the surgery (The stitches would be visible )?
2) Should I not show up for the interview?
3) What advice do you have for me?

#N.B : I scaled the medical during 62RC interview.

Bro you sef reason am na!! If you go under a knife now do you think you will have the strength to do any strenuous activity? If you have being following the thread esp a comment made by someone here concerning the surgery you would have known that simple things like even laughter is prohibited after the surgery talkmore of running.
If they see any fresh stitches on your stomach, that is a no brainer you are so out. So better go like that.

just go for the screening first...who knows..but if you aren't selected, correct it as soon as you can..or do it immediately you leave the screening grounds if you are selected... Cos you'll have like 1 month to prepare for resumption of cadet training I hope 1 month is enough to recover .

This is very dangerous, Blood pressure suppressant is a "for life" medication. Once u start taking it, u must not stop taking.

Why not try oda less harmful drugs, like "fish oil". Fish oil will give ur heart d strength/energy to pump Blood with less especially is ur Blood is too viscose.

Blood pressure has reasons triggering it, it could b high viscosity of blood due to lack of adequate consumption of water, typhoid, anxiety, high cholesterol level, hereditary, lack of sleep/rest (restlessness) etc.

Know d reason 4 urs, n fight d enemy!

From wad was said about BMI (18.5-29.9 or was it 18.9-29.5) either ways, u r qualified. Ur BMI is 21.5 Kg/m^2

You should have done this since in order to start treatment on time.
As it stands now the odds of scaling medical is very bad, I'll advice you to start the Moringa therapy from now(you have no other option now) till the day of medicals, it has the ability to conceal the virus during test.
Go look for the leaves and grind it to powder or better still buy the powdered Moringa, mix like two teaspoon in every meal of yours (be it Pap, tea, soup etc) 3X daily till the day of screening, while at it also get the seeds Chew at least 5 seeds daily.
Caveat
Its at the risk of your BP because its being proven overtime that Moringa causes Low BP and crashes blood sugar.
So pls can moringa be used to surpress high BP?

Thanks for finding me worthy of advising you,I'm elated.

I'm a positivist and as such brother, one thing I'd advice you and every other person is to give it a try except it wasnt God that made your enlistment in the shortlist possible. Give it a try, you have NOTHING to lose, try it out and who knows?? You just might scale through, Remember the heart of kings is in God's hand. So, go to the screening with the heart of a believer and positive mindset. Trust me if it's for you, you'd be shocked when your name isn't gonna be called on medical eviction.

Peace bro!

Hello house, please can a retired military personnel sign ones document?

The man that signed my document is a retired General, so I need to be sure or I find someone else not below the rank of Lieutenant Colonel still in service.
