During the application, u re required to upload ur NYSC cert. If not dat u will upload ur PPA letter instead.

I hope SSC opens their portal soon because my course of study is not listed in the ongoing DSSC enlistment.

it has always been like that. Dssc converts to Direct Regular Commission (DRC) While SSC converts to Regular Commission (RC)
