About #200,000p.a. Any kind landlord may accept a year rentage. They usually ask for 2years. Agent fee is 10% of whatever the landlord collects. Drinking money must be paid too. |

150K. ONE YEAR. EXCEPT YOU WANT TO LIVE CLOSE TO YOUR OFFICE, THERE ARE OTHER PLACES YOU CAN RENT DESCENT APPAARTMENTS. PLACES LIKE RUMOUDARA, WOJI, RUMUKURUSHI, ETC. MAJORITY OF THE HOUSES IN STADIUM ROAD ARE OLD HOUSES HENCE IN MY OPINION NOT GOOD FOR YOUNG AND VIBRANT GUYS. |
