I think this statement should not be new to Nigerians that has keenly monitored the political development of the country. "I AM NOT READY TO FEED MY HUSBAND IN JAIL".
I think this woman had seen the future of what behold of her husband and his cohorts. If truly they are innocent as said by some set of people, then why is she afraid of jail even before they lost the election. Well my view " Sinners are so scared to the bone whenever they hear ......... cool cool cool. WHAT IS YOUR OWN VIEW?

I'm not ready to feed my husband in prison – Patience Jonathan By Sylvester Ugwuanyi on March 17, 2015

First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan, yesterday declared that she is not ready to be visiting the prison to feed her husband, President Goodluck Jonathan.
The President’s wife, who stated this in Ado Ekiti during a rally of the women’s wing of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, asked, “How can you jail somebody for 300 years? I’m not ready to carry food to my husband inside prison oh!”

While admitting that the Office of the First Lady, which she currently occupies, is illegal, she quickly pointed out that there was nothing wrong in a woman supporting her husband who reigns as President.

Taking a dig at the All Progressives Congress, APC, she asked, “What did they forget in Aso rock? If you vote PDP and Jonathan, it would be better for you. If you vote APC, you will go to prison. She said.

She affirmed further that, “They said there is no Office of the First Lady. Already, we know that there is no Office of the First Lady but there is wife of the President.

“As (the) wife of the President, if you are good, people will love you. You will have a Non-Governmental Organisation through which you will touch people’s lives. That is why I brought Women for Change Initiative.”

There was drama at the event as the First Lady was still speaking when women – both old and young – fought to have their share of the leftover of rice distributed by Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, during the last Christmas festival, packed in small bags.

The women were still struggling over the rice packaged in small bags when attention was diverted to another struggle for buckets presented by Senator Gbemi Saraki in commemoration of the October 16 inauguration of Fayose.

The struggles, which almost resulted in a stampede, saw many of the women sustaining various degrees of injuries.

What about her campaign song: "If you vote APC, na your prison". You mischief maker you singled out the one that suits your wicked expectation. You expect Jona to go jail but not Buhari, IBB, OBJ, Gowon, Shagari, etc.
