I am not one of those APC/Buhari fans on NL that will salute you for turning coats again. Simply because come 2019, you will turn coats again.

You have developed a penchant for seeking political love online. Those of us who know your antecedents very well, know you are simply an attention seeker. PDP is no longer relevant in national scheme of things, so of course, it is time for you to jump ship.

Stay in your PDP and continue to exercise your foolishness. Jumping ship only proves irrespective of party affliations, you have no self worth.

look nobody is against TonyeBarcanista political prostitution but if he must decamp back (swallowing his vomits) he should do it amicably without any form of blackmail to our reformed party pdp because he knew inside his heart that it's all about selfish and desperation.

he must never drag pdp or use us as shield in his desperate moves because I swear he'll regret the day he did that.
I don't care if he decamps or not but if he must do it he should just do it for his own personal reasons and never in anyway use pdp to smoothen his way because it will never work like that.
no body is a fool and nobody is a kid. if he must be our member he should be ready to abide by the party rules and devoid from any form of anti party activities which I knew that even apc don't tolerate. anything against that, he can decamp or he's on his own
a word is enough for the wise

i repeat for the record no sane individual will support corruption all we demand is a transparent fight so that it will be obvious to all also no sacred cow QED and it's our work as an opposition to see it happen through criticism.
anybody uncomfortable with that can go to hades.

TonyeBarcanista:
Nigeria is facing her greatest challenge since her 55th history as an independent State. In fact, it has come to a point where corruption is being elevated to the zenith while anti-corruption crusaders are victimised. We are at a point where the alleged crime of once-upon-a-time powerful big man is immaterial but what is material is whether or not the "oga" is put on cuffs. It no longer matters who perpetuate fraud, neither does it matter the level of fraud perpetuated by people in positions of trust, what now matters is that those within our political comradeship are not "touched" ie leave our man for us. It no longer matters whether or not the government in power performs, what now matters for some people is to see the government to fail simply because it wasn't their choice at the poll. This period is the lowest of low for Nigeria.

The Wickedness of Political Leaders Since 1999
Are Nigerians aware that the level of mismanagement and corruption in our democratic era since 1999 eclipse the combined military and civilian administrations since 1960? Are Nigerians aware that Nigeria has made NO significant gain since 1999 when compared to what we had before 1999? Are Nigerians aware that the late dictator Sani Abacha that we love use as point of reference when talking about corruption is a fine gentleman when compared to Olusegun Obasanjo and Goodluck Jonathan's administration? Are Nigerians concerned that while Generals Sani Abacha and Ibrahim Babangida were accused of looting $5billion and $12billion respectively, Obasanjo administration couldn't account for $16billion spent on power, while Jonathan's administration spent a whopping $6billion(N2trn) for fuel subsidy in 2011 alone with nothing to show for it(but blaming some fictitious cabal)? The over $2billion Abacha loot that has been repatriated so far cannot be accounted for by Obasanjo and Jonathan's administrations. In fact, we are told that part of Abacha loot was relooted in the $2.2billion arms fraud.

Are Nigerians not concerned that during Abacha's era with fuel price averaged at $15 per barrel, Abacha reduced Nigeria's debt from $36billon(1993) to $27billion(30% reduction), $494million to $9.6billion(1800%), reduced inflation from 54% to 8.5% and implemented projects through PTF. However, during Jonathan's era, oil price was average $100 per barrel but our external debt still rose from $3.94 billion to $9.4 billion as at Dec 2014($6.1 b is FG external debt), Foreign reserve went from $47.7billion to $32billion, and Excess crude account went from $6.5billion to $460million in 2010(GEJ got $3.36 billion/56%), it rose to $9billion in 2012 and was again depleted to $2.2billion when he left office(GEJ got $6billion) with nothing on ground to show for it?.

Are we not concerned that when the at $30per barrel oil price, Nigeria is crying for money whereas President Olusegun Obasanjo on assumption of office ensured that he saved for the future by created an Excess crude Account from zero kobo in 1999 to $20billion in 2007 to take care of moment like this which was depleted to meagre $2.2billion even when oil price was averaged $100 per barrel between 2007 and 2015?

Nigeria is Behind Her Peers
Are we not concerned that while war-torn country like Libya still manage to maintain $66billion in their Sovereign Wealth Fund(SWF), Iran $62billion, and Algeria $50billion, Nigeria could only manage to save $3billion(ie $1billion SWF + $2billion ECA)? Are we not concerned that even Angola with lesser oil income has over $5billion in their SWF? Are we not concerned that Angola that fought civil war 28years ago, whose poverty rate as at 2010 was 68% now has about 40% poverty rate(CIA Fact book) with massive infrastructures in the country, while Nigeria that fought civil war about 50years ago and with access to more funds still has poverty rate of 70%(official figure) with no single infrastructure to boast of?

Our Attitude As Responsible Citizens
If we are responsible citizens of this country, we'll be very much concerned about state of affairs rather than imprison ourselves in irresponsible and unpatriotic positions by telling authorities to let go of corruption suspects when he/she/they has/have the privilege of legal process. It is irresponsible and unpatriotic for any person/party or group to be more concerned about someone in handcuff rather than the alleged crime the person is facing in court. In case people don't know, Illinois Gov Rod Blagojevich was arrested and put on handcuff in December 2008 as an incumbent governor even before his impeachment/conviction. It is a fact that the convicted soldiers were tried on handcuff, late Audu Abubakar was also brought to court on handcuff during Yar'adua era. When did handcuffing a suspect become an issue in Nigeria? While it is our civic responsibility and right to vote for candidate/party of choice at the poll, it is irresponsible to elevate the interest of any single person or party above national interest.

It is a truism that Nigeria is in her trying state. We have been ripped and raped by insatiable gluttons that are privileged to be on fat salaries and allowances, and life pensions, yet very irresponsible to corner the little left for the masses. Bringing these people to justice irrespective of how highly placed they are or their political/tribal affiliation will not only serve justice but will also send message to those in positions of authority and those prospecting to hold positions of trust in the future. If we don't fight corruption we may wake up one day to hear that one President has changed the title of the Federation Account to his own name.

May God Bless Us All and Bless Nigeria

You and kinds are the reason Nigeria will see no progress. No form of procedure works from the middle of the iteration. It is holistically unpatriotic on your silly side to insinuate that cure of Nigeria corruptible missteps should start from the middle. If Nigeria should be corruption-free, those who joined the armed forces without required documentation should be arrested, imprisoned and force to refund the money spent on them by Nigeria. The silly quota system should be abolished and those who benefited from this irresponsible and non-nation building approach should be forced to refund the country. It is very naïve to ask people to be patriotic to a silly contraption when the dynamic principles are lacking in such entity. If Nigerians want to even make Nigeria look a bit respectability, they have to go back to 1960 and investigate who gets to where and how.

So it is better to fight corruption by creating corruption. in principle, all i need to do to evade EFCC is to join APC. so i can steal as much as i want as long as i am in APC and to think i once thought you knew what you were doing. you are very corrupt and gullible to say this. let me ask you this question....so you knew all along jonathan collected 56percent of the ECA without anything to show for it and you were busy campaigning for him less than one year ago. on what basis were you campaigning we should vote for such a failure? you also knew PDP memebers were very corrupt and you were still campaigning for the party less than one year ago. so what has changed. young man, you lack the basic principle for sucess....integrity, faithfulness and trustworthiness. All these your watery analysis on nairaland without any iota of integrity will perpetually keep you as an average person at best. if you want to stand for something, stand by it. That is what makes you a man. It is so obvious to everybody you are covetous of aisha rice so you are gradually working your way into the minds of APC people on nairaland. such a pity

i am right. This baby called barcanista is shameless. so, you knew PDP was bad but just because APC appeared.....mark the word appeared insicere, you started campaigning for a non performing GEJ. What if GEJ had won....who will now arrest your so called corrupt METUH? why didnt you say it clearly that the two candidates were bad so you wouldnt campaign for anyone of them. From now on, i can conclude you are not sane. i will ignore your rants and take you up on issues. First, i have never joined a political party in my life so i dont need to carry placard for Metuh. But i will find it more honourable to carry a placard to force PMB to obey court order wether that court order is made for shina rambo or metuh is secondary. it is better than a worthless youth like yourself that stands for nothing as long as aisha rice or cramjones drink is available. so, since when did APC now become sincere? APC doesnt look sincere,,,but they are now sincere? To say you are shameless is an understatement. I dont care about metuh. from what i heard he maltreated a school teacher who is a common man. if they maltreat him now it is ok as long as it is done within the law not the with the intention of silencing opposition. you are already sunk my dear.....you dont need a sinking PDP to sink a chamelon like you. reasonable people even in your APC camp can already see through your insincere support for anti corruption fight. you are not fighting for anti corruption, you are fighting for your own portion of aisha rice. go and take it...political glutton

helpee:
i can see it is getting to you. The interest of nigeria comes first and you are breeding a dictator in the name of a fight against corruption. so you protested against subsidy removal? clap for yourself fool. what has now happened to the subsidy? While chamelons like you were protesting against the subsidy removal, i was one of the heads of the different surgical teams put together to treat casualties from the protest. you blasted GEJ for not prosecuting stella oduah based on hearsay, you are yet to call for resignation of buhari for not prosecuting amaechi and fashola aand king tinubu or the 75million website scam is not enough? i am yet to see your protest over the billions budgeted for feeding buhari. who cares wether you move to APC or even kowa party. you seem to think you are important. you are a liability anywhere you are. You stand for nothing so you are bound to keep wandering about in search of aisha rice. fool. so you didnt know sanusi said 20billion dollars was missing before election yet you went ahead to campaign for GEJ. now you claim you wouldnt have campaigned had it been you knew 2.1 billion was missing. you that didnt rescind from campaigning because of 20billion dollars. clean your mouth liar. you need to pay copyright fee to lai mohammed

It Starts with Tinubu, Ameachi & co
whoever it starts with is NOT an issue here! The issue according to the OP is that we(the masses) shouldn't make case for the corrupt elites...
One way or the Oda, Amaechi and co would be probed and it's due to their successors in office....FG is probing corruption @ d centre..the governors should do the same @ d state level and etc...its called division of labour

LOL! I stopped giving myself headache on barcanista's issues when I read his profile on FB that he is into Professional PEOPLE and IMAGE management..truly the guy is a genius..he's ONLY using his talent to make way for himself...he's no patriot! When he decamped from APC NL around Feb 17 last year, I was amongst the first crop to suggest that he would return...
As far as politics in NL is concerned barcanista is a MERCINERY..neither APC nor PDP
